Where Are The Good Guys?
---------------------------
I think most are in Congress party. Remianing are trying to get in there through Rajya Sabha (Lok Sabha can't take more of them at a time).

"So, where are the good guys? "

Where was Vir Sanghvi during the spectrum scam? Did he or any other reporter of his paper follow the scam to its logical conclusion? The only paper that followed the scam was Pioneer.

The likes of Vir Sanghvi remained silent when Manmohan Singh and PMO was directly involved. Ashok Chavan and Shashi Tharoor are minor fries and hence the sudden concern over corruption. Raja and Suresh Kalmadi are big shots and hence they shield them.

These guys are worse than the corrupt politicians.

Where was Vir Sanghvi at the time of spectrum scam? Oh, he and Barkha Dutt were very much involved and trying to hide and keep quiet weren't they? I remember reading something on these blogs itself about the involvement of the two with Radia and Raja.

When the system itself has reached a point where being a good guy is the same as being a sucker, why blame individuals? Expressing intense indignation and outrage may make us feel good, but then we have not been exposed to opportunities of enriching ourselves at the expense of the public. A cabinet minister who says that we shall deal with Ashok Chavan after the Obama visit should himself be fired together with Ashok Chavan.

Someone from opposition rightly pointed out that this is not being a matter of party where a decision can be delayed to a later date but is a matter of concern for the whole country and should not be sidelined because of some guests are arriving in the country.

No, because he's not speaking as a cabinet minister, but as a Congress party leader. And of course, he is taking his cue from the supreme leader.

The problem is that this is being treated entirely as a party matter. Congress is free to do so, if it wants. However, for the rest of the country, it is more than that. It's a criminal case, which should be investigated, charges filed, wrongdoers arrested, and cases tried in courts. This is what has been missing.

Start with yourself sir. You are discussing with Nira Radia and making suggestions on how Mukesh A should take on Anil. You are further suggesting a mock TV interview session before you go on air.

Please do us a favor and go away.

Where are the GOOD GAYS??? Who wants GOOD GAYS??? Being a LAW ABIDING GOOD GAY of "impeccable integrity" is a major handicap in present day India . "People with DOUBTFUL INEGRITY" and  will bend rules to suit their BOSSES are in great demand. It would not be surprising if while selecting a subordinate for a post the discussion goes as under :-
"That one. Nah Nah. he is not adequately of "doubtful integrity".
"Let us look for some one who is of "SLIGHTLY MORE DOUBTFUL INTEGRITY".

DISHONEST subordinates  who will manipulate to the satisfy thier BOSS are hand picked and are the most sought after commodity in the UPA Govt under MMS.

Akil,

>> Where are the GOOD GAYS???

This is not the right forum to ask that question. Most of the posters here seem to be normal heterosexuals.
