In the Trial of Pink Panther , Peter Sellers the hero goes to motel keeper and keeps on saying massage instead of message. The motel keeper gets confused and keeps on arguing with Sellers. AMS must have told his driver " message not kaar" , the driver must have heard ' massage note kaar" . So he must have recorded the message of the massage.You never know Tehelka Shoma choudhary may come out with this spin.

Moral of the story: those who live in glass houses should not throw stones; at least they should not become spokespersons of political parties. If is is so the HC should also should have gone in to the damage this can cause to the judicial system of India. What is the likely harm to the reputation of our judicial system, if the public comes to the conclusion that all the Judges are selected on the basis of sexual favours they offer to politicians and the bribe they pay and the favourable judgement they will deliver, in the future for the corrupt politicians. But far from being in the “public interest”, the CD which has gone viral is only feeding the public’s prurient interest. Apart from Singhvi and the lady figuring in the recording, the only other person who should be concerned with the drama is his wife.

One only hopes that the powers that be do not take cynical advantage of Singhvi’s self-righteous breast beating that he has been maliciously maligned to bring in draconian measures to muzzle the media and social networks, something which they have ben raring to do for some time now.

BJP's reaction to the entire episode has been very encouraging. Instead of trying to turn it into a scandal, they let this issue be downplayed. This is despite all the anme calling that Singhvi indulged in on the Gujarat's porn case fabrication. Some battles are won by romping the adversary into the ground. Some are won by taking the right, moral stand on the issue and let people do the rest.

Politicians are public figures, what they do at home may be private, but anywhere else they cannot stop public from knowing their character.
