Outlook India : Singhvi Blames 'Organised Gang' For 'Alleged CD' Going Viral
Abhishek Manu Singhvi ko gussa kyon aataa hai?He is feeling utterly frustrated, helpless and vulnerable when caught with his pants down.His driver must be arrested for giving false oath nitially.This is an open and shut case despite Delhi High court's injunction.What about the resoluton passed by the Supreme court's Bar association against associating Singhvi ?

In the Trial of Pink Panther , Peter Sellers the hero goes to motel keeper and keeps on saying massage instead of message. The motel keeper gets confused and keeps on arguing with Sellers. Sellers decribes what he meant. The motel keeper understands and gives the room key and shouts no message. AMS must have told his driver " message not kaar" , the driver must have heard ' massage note kaar" . So he must have recorded the message of the massage.You never know Tehelka Shoma choudhary may come out with this spin.

Moral of the story: those who live in glass houses should not throw stones; at least they should not become spokespersons of political parties. Come to think of it, maybe the experience of having been a spokesperson will come in handy to when it comes to lying brazenly about doctored CDs and morphed images.
Abhishek Singhvi should be paraded naked in Parliment and he should be punished for indulging in sex in the Supreme Court. Singhvi is having an affair in court chambers and promising to make her judge shows the rot that is going on in the congress party and the Indian government. If a male or a female advocate aspiring to be a judge will have to oral sex on Singhvi and what will be self respect that Judge will have. Singhvi video CD should be handed over to CBI immediately and the Chief Justice should order a suo moto investigation in to this sex racket of Singhvi. Sex in the Supreme court must be a regular affair. Public should file PIL to fight this corrupt court injunction and broadcast the tapes. Justice Reva Khetrapal of the Delhi High Court says that irreparable injury is likely to be caused to Singhvi’s reputation and goodwill if the contents of the CD were disseminated. If is is so the HC should also should have gone in to the damage this can cause to the judicial system of India. What is the likely harm to the reputation of our judicial system, if the public comes to the conclusion that all the Judges are selected on the basis of sexual favours they offer to politicians and the bribe they pay and the favourable judgement they will deliver, in the future for the corrupt politicians. It has been clearly established that this sex video of Singhvi having oral sex with the female advocate of Supreme Court is genuine. His face, the lady's face, rhythmic movement all are clear despite the lack of professionalism in the video. Obviously the video was taken it on a mobile. Singhvi’s sex in a public place, like this in a Court Chamber is certainly disgusting. Abhishek Singhvi’s wife singer Anita Singhvi and his son Anubhav and Avishkar will not forgive him even if the whole incident is hushed up the congress goons and the Sonia controlled media. The driver has forced to concoat a story as below to close the case in the court and police station. ‘one day Singhvi's dog had bitten my wife and I felt that because of that my child was born physically challenged’. What cooked story to solve a immoral act by a public servant. Our judicial system is for the criminals by the crimnals and is not meant for ordinary citizens.
People don't be so harsh on morally up front Mr. Sanghavi. Mr. Sanghavi could be in a process of making a porn video so Karnataka and Gujarat MLAs' could watch it while a boring Vidhan Sabha session is on.

It is a Pity.. Congress has made a big issue of the Porn Scandal in Karnataka Assembly. . It wanted to make an issue of the Porn in the case of two gujarat BJP MLAs also. but failed.. Really there is no misus eof power there.though it is improper and recklessness to view porn iin the assembly.But here misusing power and influnce to seduce awoman.is there. To enjoy life and to have sex i f the other side agreeable others will not bother.( The danger is from her Husband ). Tehelka is not about sex between two consensual adults, It is sex by lady seeking favor to a person who can pull powerful strings in his capacity as Sr Supreme court Lawyer, Spokesman of congress with connections to law ministry and every department of Govt. He is member of parliament committees and most importantly heads the Govt Lokpal bill .. Do I have to reming Tehelka that this man has no time to draft Lokpal bill but has time for all that drama .. He has compromised the oath of the parliament that he will not favor or fear, that oath is broken which means automatic disqualification from house.
Question is How many such/similar favors did this man has done to install unwanted judges earlier or influence policy
The other question is who is that corrupt lady, what position she holds now and if she is public prosecutor, then she may sell state assets and act against the interests of the state. It is very serious isse and not just two adults having consensual sex.

However I was wondering for quite some time why the government of the day and our supremecourt is wasting time on considering validity of section 377 of IPC. Perhaps not only female but male judges also seek appointments in similar circumstances. If such immoral and petty politicians can secure a person posting as a Judge on such considerations when final selection is with collegium what they would do if they acquire power to appoint Judges. May be even God himself is not in a position of protect our conuntry form immoral and characterless people.

Is that a consensual sex ? .. If you let these two let off you are encouraging other sex offenders .. If you see video of above case 1, if recorded by oppressor it's consensual .. that will lead to the following . 1. Blackmail for further sex 2. If the lady complains, oppressor manipulates to release the video which put the lady in very poor light as consensual sex ..
In AMS case, it is now clear that Integrity of Congress man is lost, he would have surely done things in the past and would do again .. Whole nation is at risk because they directly and indirectly through contacts via others ( bad lawyer P Chidambaram, etc) can do things being in background ..
That lady is surely in some position now seeking the Judge .. is she a public prosecutor in key roles of environment, PIL, Govt land handling .. imagine Indians .. It's not between them.. If a dog which bites someone is put down .. why ? to eliminate risk .. Now that risk with these two characters is 100000 times real.
The notion spread by Singhvi that his ex-driver filmed,morphed and distributed the video seems far fetched.The scandal seems to be an inside job.Drivers are not allowed inside lawyers' chamber in HC or SC. The act definitely took place in legal chambers of precinct of a court. Both the protagonists are wearing office wears of lawyers to begin with. The sham argument put forward by paid media about privacy of consenting adults doesn't hold water.

Abhishek Singhvi appears to be believing his own lies. For when he says “Remember, this can happen to anyone” he is only hiding behind the flimsy fig leaf of his ex-driver’s induced affidavit that the contents of the offending CD are fabricated and morphed to show him in bad light.
But far from being in the “public interest”, the CD which has gone viral is only feeding the public’s prurient interest. Apart from Singhvi and the lady figuring in the recording, the only other person who should be concerned with the drama is his wife.
One only hopes that the powers that be do not take cynical advantage of Singhvi’s self-righteous breast beating that he has been maliciously maligned to bring in draconian measures to muzzle the media and social networks, something which they have ben raring to do for some time now.
Mr.Singhvi might have had the court believe that the video was fake, but for common Indians like us, who have some general know-how about technology, it would be hard to have us believe the same. I think the video was taken using an average mobile phone.
The CD showing Abhishek Manu Singvi indulging in a Clinton- Monica act with a female lawyer shows the depth of depravity to which the dynastic fascist party, the Congress has descended to. Instead of expelling him from the Congress for this "sexapade" the Congress is bent on shielding this man. When the 3 legislators from Karnataka were caught wtaching a clip that appeared to be pornographic, immediate action was demanded and taken. Why is the BJP silent. Is it bacause Arun Jaitley and Singvi are both lawyers and share the same social space in New Delhi. I think it is time for the like of Manu Singvi to return to the woodwork where they belong.

From whatI have heard, the video has nothing that justifies a tag of "public interest". The alegations of political favors for position of a judge are probably just rumours. In which case, this was a clear case of invasion of privacy and the driver should be severely penalized.
BJP's reaction to the entire episode has been very encouraging. Instead of trying to turn it into a scandal, they let this issue be downplayed. This is despite all the anme calling that Singhvi indulged in on the Gujarat's porn case fabrication. Some battles are won by romping the adversary into the ground. Some are won by taking the right, moral stand on the issue and let people do the rest.
Politicians are public figures, what they do at home may be private, but anywhere else they cannot stop public from knowing their character.
this guy is guilty as charged, he proved that all that is talked about is true by running first to court, then paying driver for the statement. he is guilty beyond doubt.
He has also used all his power to silence his wrong deeds, how he did it needs to be looked into.
Using sex for promotion or post is not usual, he did it and must be prosecuted. Just silencing media and judges on this will not do.
