Doctors of Govt Hospital Ram Manohar Lohia emphatically say Subash Tomar died due heart attack and he did not suffer any internal or external injuries which could be cause of his death.
Now Post Mortem report says Constables two ribs were broken and blood clotting was there also .
Which team of Doctors to be be believed ?
Let is go back a little .In Arushi's Murder case similar difference arose in Police Version and Post Mortem Report .
Then Police and Doctors were differing with but now two set of Doctors are diagonally stating different versions of death .

Doctors differ with each other. SDM complains Police interference,Police say no interference.
Chief says all the 8 culprits arrested from the place of crime but Police says before judge all 8 arrested from different places .
CM says Commissioner no good Central Ministers say Commissioner did good job.

Police Chief said emphatically that all the 8 accused were arrested at the place of incident ie Mokaye Vardat .
Before the Magisterate when asked the plac eof arrets then Police said arrested from different places . Police could not give any prim facie evidence.
Magistrate rejected Police's plea and granted bails there and then to all the 8 accused .
Meanwhile Sheila Dixit Congressi CM of Delhi says Police Chief should be removed for his failure but all the Central Ministers all from Congress say Police has done good job .

TV Channels showed Superintendent DR R P Sidhu of Ram Manohar Lohia Govt Hospital where Shri Tomar was brough for treatment saying ;---
There was no pulse when the Constable was brought to them in PCR Police Van after rsuffering an massive heart attack.They revived Subash Tomar and put him on Ventilator .
But the massive heart attack which Subas had suffered finaly prove dfatal
2) Dr Sidhu further said there were no serious external and internal injuries on the body of Constable nor any signs of trampling by the crowd.
It was pure a case of massive heart atatck .
Unfortunately the Govt and Police Commissioner are still insisting the Constable was injured badly and trampled by the crowd.
But photographic evidence shown by NDTV and other channels shows no crowd near the fallen constable. Only one injured and head bandaged girl from Manipur holding the head of Mr Tomar in her lap ,one person seen is Yougendera another protester who took Mr Subash in PCR Police Van to the Hospital and two Policemen.All trying to revive Constable . No 8 attackers are also seen in the Footage

b ) There is another big issue going on between The SDM who took the Statement of the Raped Girl and the three Dy Supdt of Police.
SDM said in her complaint to Police and Lt Governor that the three Police Officers put pressure on her to record statement as per Police questionnaire no the way SDM wanted. Lot of heated exchanges took place finally the SDM ordered the Officers to leave .
Police says no such thing happened.
Finally CM Sheila Dixit wrote a letter to Home Minister Shinde complaining that Police is interfering to dilute the case .
AND LO THE REPORT IS NOW WITH ALL THE CHANNELS WHO ARE GLEEFULLY QUOTING IT.
c ) 8 persons accused of beating Constable Shri Subash Tomar were released on bail immediately . Two boys have said they were on Metro Stations and Footage will confirm their presence on Stations not at the India Gate.
Well Police is being accused of conctions by the Govt Doctors,accused by the SDM an Senior Judicial Functionary plus by the so called 8 accused who beat the Constable.
Above all eye witnesses and Photographs of the India Gate where Constable is supposed to be trampled are proving Police Version wrong .

What if Yogendra is the guy who pushed and assaulted Tomar and now has a vested interest in making these untrue claims. The post-mortem report is just out and it contradicts Yogendra's claims!
I am really worry about Yogendra. I really am. Police might not act against him so quickly, since the matter is hot; but once things cool down, I am worry. I don't expect media to care either, for it is not in Gujrat and it is against UPA.

Any idea what was the basis of filing the FIR against 8 people for murder was though? Who was the complainant, and what evidence, if any, was presented to file a case, on the basis of which, 8 people were arrested.
Or are low standards of evidence allowed when a sickular govt wants to make arrests, but high standards needed when their actions are questioned?
While the MSM kept spreading the canard that 'lumpen' elements attacked Tomar, thanks to social media such lies stand exposed. It also shows the true character of our Delhi government.

The IPS lobby will use the death as a ploy to get away with dereliction of duty. They have already made scapegoats by suspending some junior officers. Going by Yogendra's statement that the constable started breathing again at the hospital, and subsequently died in ICU...cud it be a case of conspiracy by the police to put him down and then orchestrate a smear campaign against the movement, and create pressure to abandon it !!!
