Good survey. Some conclusions are contradictory to the popular belief (of media). Urban middle class media tirelessly deplore alleged indifference or even hostility towards politicians. None of these can be further from truth. People are intensely involved in politics. Of course they hate politicians, those who are in political opposition. Indians have more faith in politics than any western democracy.

yogendra Yadav could have added that Hindu voters look to the fair skinned Nehru family as their ordained rulers.

yes correct.That is y we donot have good govt since Independence,or we say we were made to vote like this from 1947 by congress
