All talk no action is Manmohan Singh, what was he doing for two years when he was let know about 2G scam?

In regards to Bofor's scam this what Manmohan Said "Indian legal system was harassing Bofors accused Ottavio Quattrocchi and internationally embarrassing the Centre" and with the verdict of Income Tax Tribunal that kickbacks were paid Manmohan Singh stands bare with his misdeeds and convict behaviour.

 The question should have been discussed in 2009. His performance was never an issue. He showed how incompetent he was way back then. If people did not wake up, it was not his fault.

For many many years Manmohan Singh has been an icon of economic & financial knowledge, a man of high standards & honesty in all actions. He held very important positions as Advisor to the PM, Fin Secy, RBI Governor, Fin Minister and the prime Minister of the biggest democracy and highly potential nation - India. We were all jubilant on his donning the "avtar" of PM, we were not only hoping but confident of good things to happen around us. But , was has been happening for last few years in his second innings can only be termed as disasters and failures, for his own image as well as the nation. Mistrust of Manmohan Singh was never in dreams even. Now, you, me, us and the world may really be feel cheated of non delivery. Most, unfortunately he has not become a certified politician also? Then what? Is he only the Head of the Union Cabinet and a big babu like the cabinet secretary, this question will be answered more better after he quits or may be by the incoming generation.
