The judgement, relation of different arms and institution, etc are too complex for me to comment on; but the way Mr Mehta present his argument is not very pretty.
It does talk about what is wrong in this, point taken.
It doesn't say, why it all is happening?

Ugliest of all, it mocks all other, who are showing concern in this time of crisis:

Shame on you Mr PB Mehta, particularly for this sentence.

 Seems this over crowding of lawyers in parliament is big problem. Lawyers never enjoy good name, as far as moral standing goes. I understand that both Gandhi and Nehru were lawyers, yet in general this bread is not healthy.
Perhaps we should look into that part as well.
