These soldiers who urinated on a dead body must be punished. A dead one , our Hindu puranas say,  is equal to Brahma because ,the dead body can not be an enemy or friend and he is above all these considerations.

American soldiers show their frustration ,fear and uncivilized behaviour by urinating on them. In world war II , allied forces led by US caught,killed and hung up the dead body of Mussolini upside down at a petrol bunk !!! and these allied  forces claimed that they were civilized forces ( to liberate humanity from a suffering world ) while Mussolini had been , a fascist and dictator of Italy.
