Born in 1961 it was 1978 when i was 17. Janata party Govt headed by Morarji Desai was at helm ( having ousted Congress Govt of Indira Gandhi) and with a little over one year in Governance the Aam Aadmi was desperately questioning himself whether he was right in electing Janata party who had no idea/will  in Governance and why Indira should not be reelected a dosage of discipline is required to take country on the road of development.

Umm, I felt like I turned 17. Really !! :D  It was actually a crucial period for us to prepare ourselves for various competitive exams after +2 and so it was all the usual business of study/eat/sleep with more time allcated for studies and that was 10-11 years back. My father was extremely reluctant to send me north (to Rajasthan) and I joined a local univ. I'll share about my college life/events when you (Outlook) turn 18 :)

I am Feb.17,1950 born thus attained 17 years of age in  Feb.1967. In 1965-66, I passed HSC examinations and joined Govt.degree college, Mhow-Distt.Indore   I remember well , my full focus was on the games and sports and I liked playing hockey . I am one of the few luckiest hockey players to have practiced with and coached by 1964-65- Tokyo Olympic Star Winner India`s Hockey team`s  Goalkeper Subedar Shankar Laxman ji , at times , on Railway and sometimes on Military Grounds. Indeed was that the happiest phase of life when there was no worry except to play hockey and study.
